Attendance Committee Report

Camilla Rotary has traditionally had excellent attendance. It will be our club's goal to me NUMBER 1, again, in
District 6900 for clubs over 50 this year. Our Co-Chairman, Vernon Twitty, has demonstrated that this goal can be met by having a perfect attendance for over 50 years.
In order to encourage members to make up any missed meetings, our weekly bulletin will be mailed to those members.
It will contain places, dates, and times when members may make up their absences.
This year those who do not make up missed meetings will have to participate in a dart game to determine their
penalty. The dart board will have a $10.00, $15.00, $20.00, and a FREE space. We will also have a $100.00 drawing for those who have perfect attendance in 1999-2000. This
drawing will take place during Ladies' Night and you have to be present to win.
Also, our committee will encourage those who must leave early to apologize in advance to our President and Guest Speaker before
leaving.
Our committee will provide a Greeter each week to greet our members and guests.
