General membership in a timely manner. I will also be responsible for budgeting all special events and assessments that may arise, in accordance with the desires of the membership, and your
directives.
I will also maintain accurate records of all disbursements, and provide monthly financial reports to the Board of Directors.
Sgt. at Arms Report
Sgt. at Arms: J. Dean Daniels
Thank you for giving me the privilege to serve as Sgt. at Arms. I will strive to continue to keep the strong traditions of the
Camilla Rotary Club. My goals for the upcoming year are:
1. To work with and assist the president in any way possible so that he can
concentrate and conduct the weekly meetings.
2. Help maintain orderly and effective Rotary Club meetings.
3. Work to prevent any occurrence that might detract from the dignity or prestige of the club.
Chaplain Report
Chaplain: Freeman G. Cross, Jr.
It is a great pleasure and privilege to serve as Chaplain for your 1999-2000 tenure as President of the Camilla Rotary Club. As you
requested, herein is my plan for the year.
As Chaplain, I am available to committees with spiritual and moral advice or guidance. I will look for opportunities to further the
goals and ideals of Rotary in serving our fellow man as well as in fellowship. In addition to keeping you and the club continually in my prayers, I will offer any prayers and services
needed.
I am sure that the coming year will be an outstanding one in the history of the club.

Song Leader: Alfred J. Powell, Jr.
As Song Leader of the Camilla Rotary Club for the year 199-2000, I will attempt to keep the club up-to-date on birthdays and
anniversaries pertinent to the members and the club. With the help of the bulletin committee and singing talent in the club, we will try to give the club a very enjoyable year.
